The Annual Ratepayer Meeting will begin immediately following the UDBIA Ratepayer Advisory Board Meeting and will include a presentation on the proposed program manager, work plan, and budget for the 2018-2019 fiscal year leading to an advisory vote by the ratepayers to Seattle's Office of Finance and Administrative Services. Please be advised, the City has defined a "ratepayer" as the actual property owner who receives an assessment bill from the City of Seattle Finance Department and is required to pay the annual assessments of the U District BIA as determined and mandated by Ordinance 124761.
